Amanda Balionis and fans support Jena Sims as she takes to Instagram to share her fitness journey just days after mourning a miscarriage.

Brooks Koepka and his wife’s world shifted dramatically just days before. Brooks Koepka’s wife, Jena Sims, was reportedly pregnant with twins, prompting the couple to announce their pregnancy. However, the couple suffered a miscarriage at 16 weeks. The couple was heartbreak at this news who would not want to happen to news parents. We wish them all the best in the future. Despite this, Sims has remained strong and shown amazing mental and emotional strength. In fact, a recent job update for Sims shows the empowering ways she is testing her strength despite mourning.

The golfer’s wife is launching a weekly workout series through Sports Illustrated Swimsuit, aimed at women like her. Sims takes every woman through guided training sessions in order to help her shed weight and feel more confident in her body. It could be for a new mom looking to shed her pregnancy weight, or just anyone. To achieve this, she has joined forces with fellow Sports Illustrated model Katie Austin.

The girls shared matching workout costumes online. In a funny “butt” pic that teased the glutes workout for this week, Sims and Austin showcased their fit physiques and informed us of what’s to come. “Beginning the day with a quick 7-minute booty. Get ready for abs, arms, barre, and more with @jenamsims in a series of classes in the coming weeks.

Model and actress Jena Sims gives back through philanthropy with her love for pageants and experience. At the age of 17, she established the Pageant of Hope in 2005, a non-profit organization that holds beauty pageants for children suffering from cancer and other challenges.

Sims’ continued advocacy and candor instill hope in women today. After the early delivery of her son, Crew, in 2023, she said expressing her sympathy for a parent in NICU (neonatal intensive care unit), “To leave the hospital without your baby is something I wish on no one”. It’s the hardest thing we’ve ever done. I have a ton of love in my heart for NICU parents and for those who don’t get to take their babies home.

Sims has been vocal about her own problems as well as the difficulties women face in public. Just over a week after suffering from a pregnancy loss, she acknowledged the gap in women’s health research. There is a long and terribly essential way to go before we better understand and support women’s reproductive health, she wrote on Instagram. If you’re going through pregnancy loss or infertility, you are not alone. Throughout the tragedy, Sims’ colleagues rallied around her to show her their love.

At the 1967 Sahara Invitational, Barbara Nicklaus’ miscarriage took place while her husband Jack was playing. To her credit, she didn’t wake him that night. She felt he should rest before his final round. The next day, she coolly informed him, “Jack, I think I must get to a doctor.” Nicklaus took her to the hospital and made sure she was okay. After that, he went on to win the tournament. In an episode that reflected Barbara’s quiet strength and selflessness – which has been identified by Nicklaus as the key to his success on and off the field – strengthened their marriage.

Barbara Nicklaus and Jena Sims have both used their stories of personal tragedy to highlight just how strong women are. Transforming their pain into purpose, Barbara, through decades of philanthropy Jena, through her continued advocacy for women’s issues.

Sims’ new weekly workout sessions which are aimed at getting everyone in shape is a tribute to that same strength and empowerment.
