Sacramento Kings star Domantas Sabonis reacts to guarding the Denver Nuggets superstar     Denver Nuggets superstar Nikola Jokic had another historic performance on Saturday night with 36 points, 14 assists, 13 rebounds and 0 steals.

Unfortunately for Denver, it wasn’t enough to beat the Sacramento Kings, who got up-and-down contributions from  their lineup as they defeated the defending champions 123-117.

Speaking to reporters after the game, Kings center Domantas Sabonis was asked about Jokic’s defense and said, “It’s fun to play against a top guy. The head is tough. You’re there and he  has that magic touch.

He goes through a lot. de hard points Heand has seen a lot of things thrown at him and he is ready. His teammates do a great job driving for him.

When asked about Jokicand’s failure and whether Sacramento can live with it, Sabonis said, “It’s a win for us [in our scouting report]. Weand lives with them.

But good starts making them very consistently. As Sabonis points out, Jokic really can’t be stopped. When he is double-teamed, he finds his teammate.

Left to cover one-on-one, Jokic can attack even more. A truly unique player, Jokic continues to reach new heights. Fortunately for the Kings, they survived his monster game on Saturday and got a big win.
