Trayce Jackson-Davis had an educational moment with Jokic.

Guarding Nikola Jokic is never an easy task. Guarding Nikola Jokic for the first time  seems like a much more difficult task: That’s what Warriors rookie Trayce Jackson-Davis had to do last night.

Although one might expect Trayce Jackson-Davis to be scared during the match, he was calm.
His numbers weren’t off the mark, but mentally he took the whole situation in good spirits – especially after the game.

“One of the best in the world right now, he’s great, he’s very good, that counts,” Jackson said.
“Honestly, he  does a little bit of what I did in college, with side movies and things like that.

But he has great accessibility and that’s a strength.
That’s it.
” Definitely a great experience.
” In his first game against Jokic, Jackson-Davis recorded 8 points, 2 rebounds and 1 assist on 67% shooting.

In contrast, on the other side, Jokic scored 35 points, 13 rebounds, 5 assists, 1 block and 3 steals with a shooting percentage of 56%.
Simply put, Jokic was unstoppable last night against the Golden State Warriors.
To be fair, Trayce Jackson-Davis was only given the role due to the absence of Draymond Green and Dario Saric, but he did the best he could.

There’s no question but the Denver Nuggets continued their four-game winning streak against the Golden State Warriors last night.
The next time they see each other will be at Christmas.
